Shipping varies on the size and fragility of the item purchased. Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS or USPS. If you are going to need items shipped, be sure and allow a few extra days for shipping time.
At Winners Circle, we will always work with you to ensure that you receive your item in the safest, most economical and expedient manner possible.
*AWARD Items totaling $100.00 or more, "if requested at time order is placed," we will deliver at no charge within a 50 mile driving distance of Cameron.
*Free DELIVERY does not apply to orders needed with less than 10 working days. RUSH ORDERS.
We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects. Please contact us for store policy concerning returns.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging.
- Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.
- We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.
- If you have received a defective item from us, return the item.
- Most awards are custom cut, assembled and engraved to your specifications. For that reason we cannot issue refunds if your event was canceled. Unless arrangements have been made ahead of time we cannot issue refunds or credits for unused items.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandised.
